These terms apply to bookings made with Wapping Man and Van through https://wappingremovals.com.
1. About us
Wapping Man and Van (the "Platform") manages quotes, bookings and customer support. Moves are completed by approved local moving partners (each a "Partner") acting as independent contractors.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Online quotes are estimates based on the details you provide.
- Bookings are confirmed when the price is locked and a reservation is paid.
- Final price may be adjusted if the actual move differs significantly from
the booked details (extra items, restricted access, parking, etc.).
3. Payment
- Reservations are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Balance is payable on completion of the move.
- We accept card payments via Stripe.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
- More than 48 hours before the move: you may reschedule once at no cost.
- Less than 48 hours: reservation is forfeited.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund any payment if no
Partner is available.
5. Liability
- Partners carry Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance.
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of the move
along with photographic evidence.
- We accept no liability for fragile items not packed by the Partner.
